The Kole Wright Memorial Foundation curriculum is a weekly 16-week course. Youth groups meet each week with mentors for an hour and a half to discuss a topic, participate in a theme based activity, reflect and apply these ideas to their lives. After the curriculum session has come to a close, the mentors and mentees participate in a group activity such as yoga or CrossFit Kids, to build community with each other as well as connecting with their inner strength. The weekly curriculum facilitates building on important lessons and themes learned throughout the program.
